Very good service. The florist Lisa gave me good recommendation. This is the bouquet I gave to my best friend, for her birthday . My friend love it very much, and so do I. really thankful! Will definitely come back again.

Just bought a nice flower in rose &co chatswood, so fresh and nice presentation. Very recommended flower shop in north shore.

I paid $160 for a friend's birthday flowers including shipping and being underwhelmed with the product is an understatement. The flowers came dry and petals look like they are about to whither. It's a lot of money for flowers and you think you get your money's worth! Paid for express shipping but they delivered it towards end of the day. Very disappointed

Great services during a peak time, flowers were well presented and still in full bloom after almost two weeks.You’ll hip pocket will feel the dent, especially in Chatswood!The team were able to provide peonies in May which is unheard of in Australia.Would recommend.

I have bought flowers from this branch twice now, once on mother's day and just recently for my mother's birthday, and both times the bouquets have turned out beautifully.The florist are helpful, give get recommendations and have a fast delivery as both times I ordered the day before and received the flowers the day after. They also confirm your price range each time.Each time, the flowers cost me around the $170 mark, but they were definitely worth the money. Would recommend this florist any day of the week.

The staff here are only helpful sometimes… the range of flowers can be very limited sometimes and not great quality. A lot of the flowers are bent and have damages to the petals. Staff can also take a very long time to prepare your bouquet even if it’s just one type of flower.It’s very expensive for what you’re getting, with coles right there, I wouldn’t waste my time and money with this place

My experience with Rose & Co Florist was nothing short of a disaster. I made the mistake of prepaying for a bouquet of flowers a whole week in advance, with specific instructions on the types of flowers I wanted (sunflowers, babies breath, daisies, etc.). The occasion was incredibly special, as I had planned to ask a girl to be my girlfriend. Little did I know that Rose & Co Florist would completely ruin the moment and provide the worst customer service imaginable.On the morning of the big day, I received a call from the florist informing me that they not only failed to have the bouquet ready, but they also didn't have the flowers available to make it. I was left dumbfounded and devastated. How could a supposedly reputable florist be so unprepared and disorganized? It was a major letdown and completely ruined the surprise I had meticulously planned.To make matters worse, when I requested a refund, the lady I spoke to was unbelievably rude. Instead of offering a sincere apology and taking responsibility for their failure, she engaged in a lengthy and unnecessary back-and-forth, making me feel like I was at fault for their incompetence. It was an infuriating experience that left a sour taste in my mouth.Thankfully, I stumbled upon another flower shop at Chatswood Chase, which not only had the flowers I wanted but also provided exceptional customer service. They were understanding, empathetic, and went above and beyond to help me salvage my plans. I cannot stress enough how important it is to avoid Rose & Co Florist at all costs.In conclusion, Rose & Co Florist is an establishment that fails on every level. They ruined what was supposed to be a special and memorable moment, and their lack of professionalism and customer service skills is beyond unacceptable. Save yourself the disappointment and frustration by steering clear of this florist. Horrible! We made order a week ago for a bouquet. On the pickup date they just say no flower we selected! And they didn't even inform us earlier!

I never leave review but in this case I felt lile I had to, one of the worst shop I have ever been, awful customer service. I have budget for flower, I have explained my budget twice but they charged way too overpriced by. Zero english, can’t address what customer want. Older lady florist wasn’t helpful at all. I explained, she kept cutting off my world plus addressed customer’s flower imagination the opposite & rude. Flemington Market a lot better than this Lady. Seemed they weren’t willing to make new flower arrangements or thought I wouldn’t buy. I wouldn’t mind the overpriced, it hurts me with unpleasant service. I have to spend more & ordered again at different florist (Pearsons Florist) as I expected Pearsons was excellent in terms of budget & creativity. I wish google review has 0 star as I want to give them 0 !!!
