The lady’s who came to do inspections ect, who work here are lovely respectful and nice and our initial female real estate agent who we were in contact with when signing the lease was amazing, however it does not makeup for the disrespectful rude male real estate agent, he was rude multiple times over the phone to me and clearly only is polite to home owners and not renters. Also had to contact the bond board as he was ‘on holidays’ when our bond was to be given back, we moved out early December and only received our bond back a week ago (two months later) only because we had to contact the bond board to get it back. Mind you they had moved new people into our place only a couple weeks after we had moved. So you can do inspections, move people in but you’re ‘on holidays’ when it comes to giving our money back. Disgraceful.

From the minute I contacted Aaron in the leasing department it was first class service, it has been a wonderful experience dealing him and the team, they are super responsive and very helpful in making our move seamlessly efficient and effortlessly easy. We dealt with Mike who was absolutely fantastic to deal with. He made finding our new property stress free and seamless. He listened to what we were after and helped match us to a property we had not previously seen.
