Driver was running 45min late, I had to chase it up. I had to return to work. Called to pay the bill. Took more than a week for invoice, of chasing.Then when agent said not clean enough, more than 48 hours had passed and person on phone won't accept warranty/ guarantee. Wouldn't recommend. Did not pass end of lease". Wasn't even particularly dirty."
