Samantha and the whole team at Kelly's Property have been incredibly supportive in my application to lease one of their properties, with ongoing communications and information provided throughout the whole transaction.

Multiple inspections cancelled mere minutes before they were scheduled. It’s truly unacceptable to treat people’s time, effort and money in this way. I contacted the agency in the days prior to ensure that the inspection was going ahead, as I was travelling from interstate. It’s not good enough, and I don’t believe this agency conducts themselves in a way that is ethical or reasonable in the midst of a serious housing crisis. It would seem the sole purpose they have for booking inspections is to generate leads for advertising lists etc, as I have now received numerous emails from them advertising properties for significantly higher prices. Don’t trust any of their listings as they all seem too good to be true, instead these people are using inspection bookings to generate interest and then mark up prices accordingly. Josh Fong is the agent I’ve seen marketing the listings the most frequently and have now had him cancel three inspections mere minutes before they’re due. Even if my suspicions aren’t correct at best they’re a lazy and inconsiderate agency.

As someone moving interstate from Brisbane to Sydney finding a rental was extremely challenging but it was made possible through Kellys. They are very friendly and helpful and communication was quick and efficient. Definitely recommend.

Staff has been super great and promptly and assisted us exceptionally during the search and application of our new property. All the staff at Kelly’s have been exceptional from the very beginning, throughout and end of tenancy. Their customer service is so rare in this industry, they really are so friendly, responsive and professional.
