Pretty great to be honest. I did a call around looking for a product to meet my needs a few weeks before my purchase. During the first call ACT Plastics stood out. My order was ready for pickup in a matter of hours. This business has the good old fashioned customer service we don't see too often these days. The product is also top notch. I will be returning. Perhaps the owner's work is good, but could he be the rudest and most unhelpful man in Canberra? Would not recommend unless you enjoy being spoken to like you don't matter. Real jerk.

I am really surprised that some of the reviews here are negative. I have been to A.C.T. plastics twice and both times I have found the service very friendly and helpful. Even though I only needed quite small pieces of acrylic sheeting to be cut the owner was cheerful and did the jobs in a couple of minutes while I waited.5 star service all the way!
