Heavy Lift Forklifts

Thank you Fabian for our (new) secondhand forklift!Great, old fashion customer service. Nothing is too hard for him and made the purchase so stress free for us. Thank you again and see you in 12 months for a service. We promise to look after her well!

I had a contractor hire a fork through Heavy Lift. At the last minute Heavy Lift raised the hire price, meaning we couldn't get an alternative fork from elsewhere at the last minute and were stuck paying the higher price. To top it off the fork they delivered was only partially charged, and the battery then expired, after being recharged, after only a half hours use. We were in a high pressure situation and required the fork to work that day, but it ended up being able to be run for less than half the day. There was then no reduction in cost offered, despite our contractor requesting one, due to the fact the fork was useless to us for more than 50% of the time hired. We subsequently hired another fork from an alternative local supplier who was vastly preferable in price, quality and customer service. This was a very poor experience and I would highly recommend against taking business to Heavy Lift.

We can't thank heavy lift forklifts enough!We purchased a forklift from Heavy Lift, after a month or so it had a slight issue, gave heavy lift a call and it was fixed within an hour all under warranty!We can't recommend heavy lift enough!Great prices, great customer service and outstanding to deal with!

My god, what a joy it was to waste our time sitting around waiting for this busted overpriced forklift to charge its knackered battery. Clearly none of us had anything better to do. Not to mention baiting and switching the bookings for a higher-priced lift at the last minute, by which time everyone else was booked out. Refund for any of this sub-par product and borderline illegal trade practices? Hahaha ha ha ha no. Do yourself a favour and go literally anywhere else.

These guys are fantastic. Heavy Lifts have been working on our forks now for a bit over a year and always do a great job. They have helped us many times on incredibly short notice, enabling our forks to keep running. Thanks guys.

These guys are amazing. My forklift broke down this morning. I called Heavy Lift Forklifts with my problem. I only have one forklift and we have a busy day (need to use the forklift all day). Peter contacted one of his mechanics (Shane) who turned up very promptly, diagnosed the problem, and fixed the forklift quickly. From the time I called until the time Shane fixed the forklift and was driving out our driveway was less than one hour. Excellent service. I purchased my forklift from them, they service it when required, and they have now got my business back on track today with little fuss. Would never consider going anywhere else to purchase a forklift or get one serviced.CUSTOMER FOR LIFE

The boys down at Heavy Lift Forklifts helped us out.We had problems with the forklift our forklift company could not fix.So we decided to give Heavy Lift ago and with in 1 hour there was a service repair man at the door, surprisingly the forklift was fixed in no time.Thanks again for your prompt service and professionalism.

Needed to hire a forklift and these guys were close by. Last minute the fork we'd been discussing was unavailable and my only option was to get a different unit the price of which went up $100. Unfortunate for me, sure, but I understand it can happen. However the electric fork that turned up had a totally shot battery. I'd get 30mins to 45mins of driving and then have to put it on charge for 2hrs or more. The client was understandably upset as they suddenly had to pay more for a forklift that spent more time charging than moving. I tried to get some sort of discount as it felt unfair to have to pay more for a low quality fork, but they refused to accept any responsibility. Oh well, all i can do is leave an honest review. Try any of the 5 other forklift places in a 1km radius before you use these guys.
