TAFE Queensland Mooloolaba campus

Applied for a course in March, Got the Accepted letter and filled out the BKSB. Contact the School to ask when the course started to be told it was a week prior to me calling and It'll be approved and ready to study by Monday with a catch up.To hear nothing.I called back to be told it's now past the 2 week cut off period and I'll have to re apply.Maybe don't put you have ADHD on your application, as I feel this is why my application was delayed.Very Disappointed with the Staff at this Campus.

The gym is excellent! Cheaper than anywhere and the staff are really helpful.

I am having the worst time trying to make contact with someone at TAFE I have tried many many times to make contact by phone, I am on the phone for hours and I still can't get through at the end, I have tried live chat and the lady said that she would guarantee someone would send through all the paperwork and documentation, that was 2 weeks ago I still haven't had anything emailed to me. I have tried emailing directly I have told them my issues again no one has got back to me only just an automated email to say that someone would get back to me. people always complain about Centrelink however I think trying to make contact with TAFE is much worse.

Excellent facilities. Campus always neat and tidy. Staff and Student services always go out of their way to help.

Had my first hair cut here and it was great, I really like the result. Shanne was very skillful, explained to her what I wish for my haircut and she did it very well.

Really disappointing experience and only a handful of knowledgeable staff.If you are thinking of enrolling, please re consider.
