Booked a 30 mins Consultation Session with Em Tanag but she was not really helpful. She not showing any enthusiasm and not welcoming.It only took 10 mins to finish the session only mentioned you are not qualified or you can just try to apply without any recommendation. As she won't say anything any further I just decided to end the call even if we still have extra time.As a Consultant myself I do not think that is how you treat your clients when they are paying for your time and $110 dollars for a 30 mins session not used well to help the clients is no joke.I'm not sure if this is how migration lawyers are in Australia.

i dealt and paid advanced fees to bridges (during the pandemic ),we had to constantly ring / email her & visited in person for updates . sometimes never returning replies. frustrating process (visa partner ) in the end went for a visa 600 which took 12 months to process june 2021 - june 2022. received a part payment refund , complete waste of time , spend hours uploading many documents with lack of updates (gov immig.)we did our own research & parted business with bridges. disappointed customer . pay higher fees and go through a immigration lawyer less stress
