Some of the worst service I've ever received from the male who was working the night of 4/5/2020.No greeting, ordered my food and drink & was pressed to use cash but reluctantly took my card payment, was told a 10minute wait but proceeded waiting about 30 minutes.received food with no drink, when I asked for my drink he then asked if I paid for drink which I replied 'yes' then he proceeded to again very reluctantly give me my drink.Food was EXTREMELY poor. tasted old and plain, cheese & garlic naan was terribly plain. waited 30 minutes, was given terrible service all for a meal I didn't eat. terrible experience.This is my first review but thought It was necessary to warn anyone thinking of going to give it a pass, doesn't deserve the business.

I attended this establishment today and it was amazing. The decor is beautiful. The staff member that greeted us was so helpful and lovely. The pastry on the samosa was flakey and tasty and the filling was so flavoursome. I highly recommend this restaurant.

finally after so many changes at Miss India Helensvale, we've got a dedicated polite couple to serve beautiful Indian food which is very affordable!!The place got much cleaner more professional and the food is amazing.My favourite food is Indian so I had a fare share of Indian food up in my sleeve but you beleive it or not the best Chicken Vindaloo I had was at this place .Also they're very generous with loyal customers they always throw in some complementary stuff. Love this business please support them in these difficult times!!!

Disgusting place, we found hair in our meal and the manager refused to give us a refund for it and claimed it wasn't a big enough hair to issue a refund, very bad hygiene, very rude staff and vile food, AVOID!!!

Wouldnt even like to give this place a star. Went in there for dinner and had a mixture of the three vegetarian curries from the counter. By mistake I was given a different curry from what I asked for so returned it and the lady begrudgingly changed it by scrapping it back into the original curry and replacing it with the other I asked for, not impressed. Unfortunately my partners dinner also had a hair in it at which point neither of us wished to continue eating our food at all. When we spoke to the manager and showed him the hair he continuously told us that it wasn't a hair but couldn't tell us what it actually was. It was definitely a hair. At this point I asked for a refund on the food but the manager continued rude and abrupt and refused to give us one. After a while of standing my ground he finally agreed to refund one of the meals and passed me a plastic pot to pack the other meal in myself to take away. I have never experienced treatment like this from any other food establishment and the food was also hardly edible. We threw the other meal in the bin.

Food was awesome. Thank you kitchen staff and chef. But we didn't enjoy it because of horrible customer care. The poor guy sitting on front desk has no idea how to smile, he has not learn yet how to respond greeting ( Please don't expect greeting from him). I would like to request management to teach him some life skills leaving around people.

I’m sorry to say our vegetarian curries and naan were so bad we didn’t eat them. Threw the food away. It all tasted old, dirty and was so disappointing. I love Indian food and it is our takeaway “go to” but I will never waste money and time here again. I would have called and told them same night but we had a late dinner and they were closed. Sorry to post publicly but vegetarians advised to stay away

What a disappointment, everytime. We give them chance everytime and come to get chicken dumplings, everytime they have excuses like - kitchen closed (at 3:40 pm on a sunday), or “we didn’t make it today”. Can’t serve it, don’t advertise it. We drove 22 minutes to get here. Never giving our business to this place again. Utterly disappointed

This place used to be so great, in the last few months they’ve changed owners or something and when the re opened I thought I’d give it a try. The rice is disgusting and the chicken made me feel sick, I’ve been there twice since they’ve reopened and both times I’ve felt sick after eating it. I got a “half n half” and they loaded up the container more than 3/4 full of rice and I asked for less rice and they removed the rice from the other side of the container and filled the curry up on the other side leaving a massive gap on the other side of the rice. And the staff are so so rude :( the lady who used to work there before was such a lovely woman.

Great value for money, very tasty food such as the tandoori chicken tikka and our favourite of course the butter chicken. Staff are always friendly and nothing like fresh made nann bread always. Miss India Helensvale definitely my go to takeaway meal, great service.
