Mitchel Purkis and the rest of the Holden Colcrawford team just delivered my brand new SV6 Sportswagon with 18 extra accessories fitted. This was a complex sale as I wanted to ensure I grabbed a excellent piece of Australian motoring history. Some people may think because Holden stopped local production that its all a bit half arsed and Holden is just dumping old stock. YES did Mitchel and Harrison at Colcrawford did cut me the best deal in Sydney but they also really care that the customer has a brilliant experience. I highly recommend the team. Matt was really helpful and knowledgable about the car that I was looking at and I didn't feel any pressure to commit to a deal. This is what made me want to do business with Matt as he wasn't like a lot of other car salesmen who think more about the deal than the customer. We have just bought our new family car from Col Crawford Holden in Brookvale and had by far the best customer experience. Customer service can make such a difference when purchasing anything but you do want to feel extra special and not to be rushed when investing significant amount of money.
