We were super happy with the professional and tidy installation of our A/C. Brenton left the worksite sparkly clean and all I had to do was turn it on! Highly recommended.

Extremely pleased we chose BW AIR SERVICES, we couldn't believe it was the same aircon. It was clean like new. He also was very particular about making sure that the area he worked in was left the way he found it. And we had the best sleep we have had in weeks. Couldn't have chosen a more polite, punctual, and knowledgeable person. We would definitely be using this company all every time from now. And we will be recommending him to everyone we know and talk to.

I live in Sydney and dad lives in Laidley and he needed aircon. I contacted all of the AC installers in dad's area and asked for quotes, and by a mile Brenton was the most professional and responsive and just had such a great attitude compared to others I spoke to.I let him know that dad had emphysema and mobility issues and that his flat was pretty crowded and he may have to move some things to do the install and that was no problem. He gave me written quotes within 24 hours of requesting them, which others did not. And he replied to my messages, when others did not.Dad was incredibly stressed in the lead up to the install but when I spoke to him this afternoon after it had been done he told me he was so impressed with Brenton and described him as a real go-getter. Dad, having worked as a tradesman for 40+yrs knows a proper tradesman when he sees one.I would absolutely recommend Brenton to anyone in a heartbeat.
