Terrible customer service. 5 staff members in branded shirts with 2 customers in store (including me) and after waiting patiently for 10 minutes it took me walking out the door to be spoken to. Don't bother.

I visited here to buy a tube for Chlorine. They offered me $35.95 for just about 10cm tube and I didn't buy it because I thought it was too expensive. I bought the same 5m tube from Burnings for $9.96.If I had purchased 5m here, I would have paid almost $2,000. I hope you search the price before purchasing here.The staff were very friendly. But the price is not like that.

Needed a pool light quickly, Guys & Girls went above and beyond to get it to me next day from the Gold Coast.Then Called when they said they would.Great customer service.

Very professional and Knowledgeable. The staff are very helpful either on the phone or at the shop.No pressure to sell you anything.Efficient and happy to help with your pool servicea few years ago I had Warranty issue with Zodiac and they advocated on my behalf to get Zodiac to service under warranty.I had parts purchased and when damaged they replaced under warranty no problem.Their pool service is very efficient and staff are friendly..Totally recommend them for your pool service.Thank you JC Pools

Hi there - I’m the neighbour and I’ve just found out about this negative review (see the post about the backwash - I can’t reply directly to it so had to make a new review). This was an oversight largely on our part and not really the pool guys’ fault. We’ve apologised to our neighbour and it hasn’t happened again. We’ve always found this company knowledgeable and helpful, and we’ve only ever had good service from them. We’d certainly recommend them.

There seem to be a few negative reviews there but I took the ‘plunge’ (yes a Dad joke) and visited them. They recorded my details (pool size, chlorinator type, etc) tested my pool water and gave me a simple list of things to do to get my pool balanced. The shop was clean, service was prompt and friendly and the prices were comparable to any other pool shop. Based on my experience, I’m given them 5 stars.

I would give zero stars but have to give one which is undeserving. I tried to book a service but booking staff are rude and yell at you even when you agree to what they are saying and happy to work with them after saying the same thing several times. Their position seems to be that other people need reminding which is fine but when I politely asked that they stop yelling at me they hung up.

Have been using JC Pool Services for a few months now, very pleased with the service received including great advice on pool robots. Very happy with the robot purchased and water tests.

This company serviced my neighbours pool next door and pumped all of the backwash water (after heavy rains) straight into my back yard flooding the entire yard including washing away my gardens, mulch, soil and gravel.As well as damaging my gardens, turf and flooding my yard, the Manager Joshua Higby never even bothered to apologise after both calling and emailing him on multiple occasions.I would not recommend this company to competently service pools if this is their attitude towards people and their property.Reply to owners response:You have been servicing this pool for years and you know the back wash pipe gets put up to the street gutter to release water so don’t give me that rubbish reply!!My neighbour also advised you to always backwash the water to the street.Plus, you did in fact flood my yard and you did in fact wash my garden out onto to the turf.I sent you photos remember and you still failed to even give me an APOLOGY after contacting your company multiple times.I spent an hour of mg time returning all the garden mulch, soil and gravel back into its original place.I rest my case as to your ethics and you should take responsibility for your actions.In a customer focussed business you have a lot to learn about honesty and ethics.
