My family have been delighted with the precast pizza oven we purchased from Fornieri Wood Fired Ovens last Christmas. We assembled the oven with little difficulty, following the clear instructions.On first firing, the oven warmed to 500C and kept its heat well into the following day. The pizzas cooked very quickly which was bonus when entertaining friends and family. We are now in the process of decorating the oven with mosaic glass tiles. It has certainly become a feature of our home and is a great way of having our childrens' young adult friends eat well and inexpensively away from pubs and clubs.

I bought an Alfa One oven after much research. My requirements were simple. We are a family of four and make pizzas weekly for ourselves. So I didn’t want a big oven that would take a long time to heat up but I wanted a proper wood fired pizza oven. I also don’t really want a bulky unit that is the main focus of the backyard. So I looked at getting it on a trolley and storing it behind the shed when not in use. After a lot of research I concluded that the Alfa One wood was looking good. Check out Robs video review of it on YouTube. It helped to understand it well. It is very efficient on fuel and quick to get to temp (about 30 mins for pizza).Whilst you might have to wait for the oven as they are generally on back order. And they are not cheap, but they are definitely worth it. The build quality is not the cheap flimsy stuff that most things are made of these days, these thing are build with heavy duty materials and yet the wheels are really good and the unit feels really easy to manoeuvre around.Finally, the service that both Rob provided directly with shipping updates as well as his partners at Sydney Fire Bricks was second to none.If you are considering a new wood fire oven then the Alfa range are really worth a look. The temp they hit, the rolling flames, efficiently, ease of use, trolley options, sizes. These guys have experience as market leaders and it shows.Thanks again to Rob and the team. We took delivery of the 5 Minuti 2 pizza oven in June last year. Throughout the entire procurement process and the troubles with global supply chain, Roberto was unfailingly helpful and chariming. He answered all of our questions and was extremely prompt with his responses.The oven itself is extremely simple to use and delivers consitent results, even for an amateur. The build and the finish are extremly high quality, and although are exposed to the elements in the Ranges, show no signs of wear and tear.Would highly recommend Fornieri Wood Fired Ovens

Forneri - Wood Fired Ovens are great. We were unsure what type of oven to get and needed more information. As Roberto sells both traditional and the Alfa Stainless steel ovens he really knows his stuff. We also really appreciated his youtube how-to" videos that are very informative. Once we decided on the Alfa Ciao Oven he even set us up with some wood and a stainless wood holder at no extra cost

Robert and his team went above and beyond to deliver our Calabrese 800 kit and base to a challenging property in the rear of a steep narrow sided house lot. Very happy with the kit and, with a bit of help from a brickie friend, the finished oven is perfect for our needs.
