Trent was a really great real estate agent to work with! We are first home buyers and Trent was so helpful with the process as it was quite overwhelming but he was always happy to explain anything we needed to know over the phone and with his help, we managed to get everything sorted before we needed to.

In Fact Gavin is a very amazing agent. You will directly feel that he is a very close friend. Of course we are in the beginning of the process of purchasing our house, but we - as a family - feel that every thing is going smooth. Ray White Rockhampton City managed one of my rental properties for a few years. They were totally incompetent. They seem to cycle through staff very quickly, as each time I interacted with them, there was a different person managing" the property. They could not handle basic maintenance and I had to chase them for important tasks like lease renewals. Communication was extremely poor. The company principal was generally rude and disinterested

Had no issues for last 5 years they have been looking after our rental property. Maintenance has been attended to when required. Inspections carried out on time. More importantly they have had tenants in the property with very little down time if someone has moved out.

Gavin was very professional and had great communication skills. I always knew exactly what was going on and he gave a lot of support and advice to assist me as a first time seller. I only had a small property, but I never felt as though I was less important than clients with larger properties - Gav has a lot of experience and integrity.
