Jimboomba Day & Night Chempro Chemist

I have just had an operation and my partner has had to go down to the chemist twice to get me some medicine and cold sore cream. Both times the staff have integrated him in-front of other customers with personal details and questions about my doctors and why I’m on that medication. Very unprofessional.As to the reply below we completely understand questions need to be asked but they are not the doctors and the amount of questions esp for cold sore cream. The manner in how my partner was treated was extremely rude as well by staff at both visits.

Absolutely the best chemist by far,all the staff are exceptional,they are caring, they greet you with a smile. Best of all they listen especially when you are not feeling well. I love the way they greet you like a long lost friend, especially if they know your name.its always a pleasure to walk into the shop and feel welcomed. Keep up the great work!!! The staff are very helpful. When mediation is in short supply they always do there very best to ensure that you get your prescriptions or make suggestions to take back to your doctor for substitute medicine.
