I have tried many other pet grooming stores in Sydney and katpet has by far been one of the best places I have tried so far. I have 2 toy poodles and the team at katpet in concord west on concord road have looked after them for many years now.

I am very dissapointed with the customer service of this place , the lady was so rude and sounded like she just wanted to get out of there. Not polite and just plainly rude. I took my dog for a groom and they were only meant to give him a trim but they cut his hair so short with patches everywhere I believe my dog has been traumatized from this terrible place I don’t know what happened behind closed doors but when we took him to another grooming salon he was very scared and got defensive the second he saw he was at the groomers. I strongly recommend to find another place there’s plenty of people who are kind , polite & who will actually enjoy there job.

IF I COULD GIVE NO STARS I WOULD!Worst customer serive, was willing to take 3 dogs to get serviced, THEY HAVE BEEN THERE BEFORE! That are actually considered small and medium dogs which they should know as they work with dogs. Obviously have no idea about breeds. What kind of services is it!but apparently because they haven't been recently that's not acceptable! SINCE YOU WON'T SERVICE THEM TAKE THEIR PHOTOS OFF YOUR WEBSITE!!

I'm very disappointed in the service of this dog groomer. My dogs hair cut was done very badly with some hair left long here and there and his belly was left untouched. I was charged $75 more than the average dog groomer charges.

My dog recently had his hair cut with this salon..He was picked up in the morning and dropped off in the late afternoon and i am furious at the condition he was in when he returned, and still is 2 days later.He is completely traumatized and shaky.He can't walk more then a few steps without sitting down in pain and he has numerous cuts and scratches around his backside.He also seems to have an injury to his hip boneHighly recommend going to another parlor.

I took Mana (4 month cavoodle) here and they did a great job grooming her. Her fur was matted before so she needed a shave. They did an excellent job on her and I’ll be coming back.

Well.. lucky to get a one star !! So disappointed with my babies groom … gave them a second chance to redeem themselves as last groom was horrendous … just to repeat the same horrible groom.. they then start making all these excuses using groomer terminology as a scapegoat for what I asked for !!! Being very clear with what I wanted for a good 5 minute consult, to no avail ! I spent the last 8 weeks growing his fur for nothing. The biggest let down was the owners attitude asking me to not bring him back .. instead of consoling me, she just heightened the situation !!! That’s not how u conduct business and I will not be going back after her rude response and no customer service skills. Then proceeded to tell me it’s for free … I don’t want a free service that was insulting to say the least ! I am happy to pay for a service I am happy with and asked for !

I had the first grooming for my 4.5 months old miniature poodle here. Booking was easy by phone and it took about 3.5 hours from drop off till ready for pickup for a full groom.A poodle style (scissors only for head) costed $85 which seams reasonable compare to what I've heard elsewhere. The staff were accurate in asking what I expect and explaining what is possible.The end result was generally good. However, in a close look there was lots of details which could be done better with more attention or patience. My puppy didn't look stressed or unhappy apart from being too much under pressure to go to the first grass outside to pee!In general I might go back for the next grooms but I might also try somewhere else to see the difference.As a comment, I would suggest the shop to put some photos of their bath and grooming place on their website as I was not able to see behind the shop and it was remained as a question how clean or equipped is their place.

On Wednesday, November 4th, I took the cat (estimate the pick up after booking) and sent it for about an hour. The customer service posted a video of my cat which is very upset. It seemed that the cat did not cooperate. Then I asked immediately, is that right? Can you wash it? (if they say no I will come back quickly), and then I embarrassedly asked if the staff was scratched . The customer service said it was okay to wash. Then in the afternoon they called me and said that the cat can be picked up. I didn’t respond immediately. I said, oh, it’s not convenient for me to pick now. could you wait for me for half an hour? Then I called staff he said pick it up as soon as possible!I was stuck at the time, so I said yes, then I recovered immediately. When I hung up, I remembered they could do delivery for free, so I called and asked, I asked it was not the pick-up service? He said, oh yes, I'll send it to you in a while. I said, um, ok. Then I waited for more than an hour and didn’t see it yet (because he said it would be delivered immediately after I hung up the phone, it’s a 5-minute drive from concord west to my house), I called again, and staff said there were five minutes left.it was night after I picked up the cat and went upstairs. At first I didn't pay attention, but later found that it kept sneezing. it got worse and worse on the next day until today. Then I immediately contacted the customer service on the next day to ask if my cat kept sneezing and had a cold. She also suggested that I should buy some medicine. I was actually very nice at the time, because I was not sure what was going on with the cat, and it was hard to ask people directly. Until today, after I took the cat to see the doctor ($180), the doctor said that it was a fever . I talked about the process before and after the cat got sick. The doctor said that it was probably caused by taking a bath. But even so, I don't want to say that it must be the store's improper operation, because it is probably a coincidence. But I have the mentality of communicating with the merchant, and I think the shop does not recognize it (I understand the point), but for the nice communication between the customer and you, in order to improve it next time, the shop chose Sue me please" "Never come again "
