Herz Design Formal & Bridal wear & custom designs

I had my wedding day coming in 10 days and I still couldn’t choose my wedding dress at the time. Silly me!! I was really stressed out of course and it just happened to me to walk in Herz Design at Australia Fair when I went to the shopping center for another reason.I explained to the shop assistant Ashley and she was so kind and helpful!! I found the most beautiful and elegant dress for me finally.Plus it was so reasonable. Every single guest absolutely loved my dress and we had such an amazing wedding!! Thank you, Ashley and Herz design staff made my wedding day more special!

My son is getting married... Marwa was so accommodating and just lovely to talk with. She listened to and acted on my ideas. I tried a style and found the dresses were light and complementary. Daughter's formal dress required $150 worth of alterations. Given she was measured up every which way and the significant initial cost, we were very disappointed.

With my best friend, I went to ’Herz design’ today in search for a formal dress. I have seen and tried on dresses at a few different boutiques, but nothing has come close to the wonderful customer service and gorgeous dresses available.The lady who helped us was so sweet and did not rush us at all. She assisted us in trying on a variety of different designs and assisted in pinning the dresses so we could experience what it would be like. She was incredibly helpful and friendly, even suggesting colours that would complement our complexion tones, body types, and hair.I've never had better service at a clothing or boutique business, in my life.. 'Herz design' has my wholehearted recommendation. The dresses are gorgeous in every way!

Hertz design is a fabulous company, Marwa is the Designer and owner. She is a talented designer. Marwa has designed 2 dresses for my daughter and I wouldn't go anywhere else! She is kind she listens as to what you want she takes into account the event and the personality of the person, and comes up with beautiful dresses for all occasions, she is in the middle of making my daughter's Formal dress, and with Formal coming around soon, I wanted to do this review for all the parents and kids if you haven't got your dresses as yet, this is the only place to come. With all the kids have been through this year due to Covid-19 and being year 12 we as parents want the best for our kids. This is guaranteed satisfaction even for the fussiest of girls!! She has some dresses already made up, or you can have it designed to what you want. To top the quality of the garment, design and fantastic service, her prices are amazing as well she will work with you and your budget. I could not recommend this lady higher. Thank you for everything!!

Marwa is an Angel. No matter how many changes I made to my dress Marwa handled it with such grace. She is a beautiful woman who will not let you leave until you are 100 percent in love with your gown. Absolutely beautiful lady and amazing experience. Thank you

Absolutely loved the customer service, design and style of my dress! Was very indecisive walking in but felt so well looked after once walking out the same day after choosing a dress! Could not recommend Herz Design anymore! ❤️ Beautifully made dresses!
