I brought a 11.1v 3s lipo battery from here and I could only use it for 2 days then it overcharged and it cost me $160 for the battery I bought from here.

Watch out for a customer. Paul Sutton. He is getting around causing trouble. I love this shop . Thinking covid is a joke.

Sorry guy's, my experience was absolutely disastrous rude follow me around couldn't smile pig of an attitude.how there in business is my honest opinion is beyond me. If covid doesn't close there door the service may. I will not ever provide them as a consumer never 100 % never visit this store again. If I can give zero stars that'll be my preferred choice :(

I have been twice now and the customer service is above and beyond what is expected. The lady who I think is owner is the most caring and beautiful woman I have encountered in so long. She really cares about her business and her customers and does everything she can to make them feel welcome and happy. She took time to speak with my 4 year old who was spending his pocket money and he left very happy! Not going to target or kmart anymore for toys! This is the place to spend your money!

They had the parts I required.

Don't know if it is still run by toyworld, but the new owners sold us a RC Car, telling us it was fully of-road and that no rocks or anything could jam up the motor. After a couple of times of playing with it, it got jammed, and we didn't know how to fix it, so we took it in, and they 'kindly' offered to fix it. The kept it for around 2 weeks, later calling us in. They told us it was free of charge, but it would definitely no be next time as it is not made for of road. After we took it home,the car was still not working, but after their rude attitude, we took it to a much better repairer in Canberra that new what he was doing and he fixed it properly.

The staff are always very helpful. Not sure about the toys but for jaycar the prices are fair. They don't stock the whole jaycar range but are always happy to order in anything you need.

Great service, great prices.They have helped me with multiple projects and always willing to order in stock if they don't have what you need in store.
