There was a delay getting my car in to be repaired, but that was not in their control as they needed to wait for a part from interstate. Once they had my car, it was fixed a day earlier than planned. Work was top quality and service after was brilliant. Highly recommend.

I can't rate Gawler Bodyworks highly enough. From the very first meeting I was greeted with professional courtesy and country friendliness, which extended from the reception desk to all I interacted with across the business. Communication was exemplary from diagnosing the problem, ordering parts, booking a time to do the work and completing it quickly. I drove away with a beautifully detailed car which was a lovely and unexpected bonus and a car that again feels like a dream to drive. I wouldn't hesitate to utilise their expertise and great care if I ever need it again. Great work and a great team

They had my lands cruiser in for an insurance job after I had an incident. Being a mechanic and servicing my vehicle I found a lot of loose bolts, missing bolts, and cross threaded bolts. After driving my car within the first 20kms the fog light fell out due to being GLUE in and not replaced as the plastic mounting brackets had Brocken off. In the first week the front bull-bar led also stoped working so I took it back. after getting the car back I found that they had just electrical taped the wires together not doing a very professional job. 1 year on there are still problems with the car such as the bull-bar side rails paint fading, they also fit a bracket with out putting the rubber back it which has lead to scratching the ball-bar so needs to all be repainted once again leaving me out of pocket, passenger window regulator and door lock not operating Properly, bonnet heat shield falling off due to missing clips, scratch’s and paint missing from the incident. On top of all this I was promised the car several weeks in a row to get a phone call on Friday 4 weeks in a row to tell me I’ll see it next week. I have used these guys two times now and I DO NOT RECCOUMEND THIS BACK YARD COMPANY.

Gawler body works did a great job fixing my car. They were very friendly and had great customer assistance and even had my car 2 weeks earlier than said and even ordered myself a new number plate as the old one was dented. Overall great experience and will deffinaly be using them again in the future if anything goes wrong with my car again. I'm proud of have supported a local business to fix my car.

Booked to get storm damage repaired in October 2021, they didnt fit me in until Feb 2022. When the day finally came, they didn't fix the damage, somehow broke the dashboard computer in the process, and charged me the $600 excess for the pleasure.Update: 6 Months after my initial call, after bringing the car in twice, They still have not done the job. I've called, they tell me the part is on back order and provide no details on when its expected to arrive.
