Unfortunately I can't give this company zero stars, because that is what they deserve.They promise the world and deliver nothing, but are happy to take your money.They contacted me offering better traffic to my website and spoke of options and the best solutions to drive traffic. I gave them access to my website to make the necessary changes, and after three or four months of promises and money that I laid out, they had done absolutely nothing.... How do I know this? Every single report came back with ZERO changes and taffic.Stay away from these thieves, the only thing they are good at, is talking and taking your money. WORST COMPANY EVER!!!In response to your response... That is a lie, I spoke to people from your company on several occasions, and I did give approval to make changes, and nothing was done, but you still took my money. You are an absolutely unethical company to deal with, and I hope people are more wary than I was, and maybe instead of making excuses, do your job and give people value for money.What a joke.

Swept up by a smooth sales agent in an industry I already had distrust in, reading these reviews sums up my experience perfectly and annoys me as I typically do read reviews prior to signing up.We signed up to an adwords campaign, I specifically wasn't targeting certain local markets and was targeting various English speaking nations. Without having an onboarding call my ads went live throughout Australia and nowhere overseas. I sent an email querying these decisions and after 10 days of no response and numerous emails I removed them from access. They then apologised and asked for access again so they could look into the account. 20 more days and no response from them.Subscription has been cancelled and the terrible experience is finally over.Do not trust these people

I had a zoom meeting with David and he was great in that he explained SEO and my website in a clear and understandable manner. If I wished to go ahead, yes I would choose this company. Thanks David for your time.

Wow. Where do I start. The sales shark I spoke with initially was really friendly and I felt they had my best interests in mind. Firstly after conducting an Audit and speaking with me about a strategy, we agreed to a 3 Month term and then after 3 Months I would assess the progress and results and continue from there. I started to have concerns after Month one and highlighted the issues. The initial strategy was completely ignored and then they implemented a new strategy without even consulting me. I questioned this and the new account manager said he believed this would work better and result in my sire raking higher than my competitors. I was hesitant but let them do what they suggested, It was evident that the new strategy involved less work o their behalf then the initial strategy, and this resulted in average results. I asked for an update of the work completed and how this was improving my rankings. They sent me a report after requesting this two times. In the report they had literally done a copy and paste of existing content and imbedded it ito my website. They claimed to do have done a lot of technical backend SEO (Meta tags, meta descriptions, headings etc. I questioned this, and confronted them, because all this work had already been completed. They ignored me). Whilst waiting for updates and responses they decided they would debit me for a 4th Month with out my consent. I specifically advised them I did not want to continue for a 4th Month, until they were able to show me an improvement in my rankings for specific keywords outlined in the initial consultation and strategy. It took about one Month to get another report, which was identical to the previous report. Then they said they will not be refunding me the 4th Month fees because they could not find record of my conversation with the consultant. Where is the accountability and morals of this business. They still have not sent me a report off the work done in Month 4. They also promised to get me quality backlinks in the first 3 Months, and they haven't acquired one.I generally don't write negative reviews because I can accept that people make mistake, but I don't want any other small business owners to be sucked in to their broken promises and immoral practices. Extremely Disappointed with Search Marketing Experts - Do Not Waste Your Money!My experience with Search Marketing Experts has been an absolute nightmare. Their lack of competence, attention to detail, and disregard for their clients' needs is disheartening.Do not make the mistake I did—find a reputable agency that truly cares about your success.I strongly advise all future customers to steer clear if they value their money and their businesses.It is crucial to emphasize that we are an established business with over 10 years of successful operation. We accepted their offer with the aim of enhancing our existing marketing campaign.Having been running our Google campaigns for nearly 3 years, we have never encountered such a devastating outcome.The cost per call has skyrocketed from $15 to $98.To make matters worse, we received only two phone calls during 10 days, and both of them were completely irrelevant to our business.When factoring in the cost of campaign management, it reaches an alarming $286 per call.Furthermore, when considering the $225 we spent on ads, the cost per call reaches an astonishing $399.From the start, it was evident that Search Marketing Experts lacked attention to detail and a genuine understanding of our needs.They failed to deliver on their promises, including creating the campaign within the agreed timeframe and implementing the bidding strategy we discussed over the phone.Furthermore, despite clear instructions and discussions about the keywords we wanted to avoid, they went ahead and included irrelevant keywords that attracted irrelevant traffic, wasting our resources and budget.When we voiced our concerns and requested a cancellation and refund, Search Marketing Experts failed to address the situation promptly.Instead, they mixed our old campaign results with their own to present falsely improved statistics, further demonstrating their unprofessionalism and deceitful practices.If a refund is not issued within the next week, we will have no choice but to exercise our rights as customers and seek resolution through the Disputes Tribunal. We are fully prepared to provide all necessary evidence to support our position.It is my earnest recommendation to any prospective clients considering Search Marketing Experts' services to look elsewhere.Save yourself the headache, wasted money, and potential damage to your business by choosing a reputable agency that prioritizes their clients' success and satisfaction.

I am a small business who was approached by search marketing. After conversations with one of their experts, I was encouraged to sign up after being told that with their service I would generate leads and get more clients, I was excited and I was hopeful. Unfortunately, after 3 months their service has generated no new leads and all I have is a big loss in my business bank account. Very disappointing.

He was genuinely concerned about my bad experience and wanted to know how they messed up.He wasn't happy about how they handled things and asked me how to make it better. Plus, he offered free help for any questions about my site, which was a nice touch.I've got more faith in them now. They messed up, sure, but they're trying to make it right. The waiving of the one-month cancellation notification fee, in particular, was a significant step that demonstrates a commitment to customer satisfaction.-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------My experience with this ad management company began when they contacted me for a free ads health check. During the check, they pointed out several areas they could improve, and they outlined what they would do if they were managing my ads. They made promises like halving my budget to achieve better if not the same results, performing split testing, researching my product pricing for competitiveness, and providing a dedicated team of four people to manage my ad copy and Google ads. Unfortunately, it turned out to be all lies and sales tactics.Upon signing up, the first action the representative took was to transfer me to another person to set up the ads. This individual then informed me that they would be implementing a different ad campaign than what was initially recommended during the sign-up call. This should have served as my first warning sign.Their lack of communication became a significant issue, as they never got back to me on the promised competitor research and product pricing, and I haven't heard from them in two months. When I tried to book a call through their website, there were never any available appointments. I called them myself, and they promised to callback before 3 pm, but they called at 3:05 pm when I was driving and couldn't answer.When I called again to cancel my service due to their failure to deliver on our terms, the representative was apologetic and understanding. However, she asked me to write an email requesting the cancellation as that was the only way to process it. After sending the email, they wrote to confirm my cancellation but informed me that I would still be charged for another billing cycle. I replied, stating that I wouldn't be paying for a service they hadn't fulfilled, and brought to their attention that they still hadn't called me back to discuss any of this.They did not reply to my email disputing their decision, so I decided to cancel my card and contact my bank. It was a good decision, as they still tried to charge me despite not returning my emails or phone calls.Overall, the poor communication, unfulfilled promises, and cancellation issues make it impossible to recommend this ad management company. If you're considering working with them, I'd advise caution and setting clear expectations from the outset.

Avoid like the plague! Got convinced by a good sounding sales person who promises conversions and more traffic. We set up a campaign recommended by this company and let the campaigns go that we had set up ourselves that we’re self taught. Our sales went down dramatically and they were not able to offer any explanation as to how our campaigns were performing.Our cost per click was 2x less than the campaigns we had set up. (Campaigns that were learnt and set up watching a YouTube video performed better than this so called marketing company). It seems they invest in the sales pitch getting unsuspecting small businesses in as their main way of doing business and give little to no attention once you have signed up. There is no way to call them once your signed up and you can “schedule” a cal to talk about your campaign performance with little to no helpful feedback. Spent a few months with them and have left with a sour taste. Probably will receive a response with “sorry to hear your experience with us, we are here to help you” … don’t fall prey to this company. Save your money and watch a YouTube channel if marketing is not in your budget you’ll probably get a better ROI from that instead of using this company.

Not sure how to describe this service, slow, not caring, no one has a procedure or process. You will only receive calls to upgrade your services. Sadly this doesn’t help when your initial service hasn’t even been set up. Then don’t try and cancel because they don’t even do that for you! They leave your ads running and leave you nothing but a hole in your pocket where you had money.After multiple emails it took almost 5 months to get google ads running correct. Then after this I was told paid ads wasn’t best for my business and when you look into it all they hadn’t set up conversion tracking. Which means they have no idea on how any of the ads were performing. Sorry and disappointed ☹️
