My partner and I were looking to get a pendant engraved in memory of her father and had a terrible experience with a different engraver. Ryan helped us get a new pendant refunded by the old engraver and took the time to engrave the pendant exactly the way we wanted, free of charge. Ryan is such a generous and thoughtful man who was a pleasure to deal with. Will be recommending to all.
