The best in property sales and management.Since 1990 I have purchased, sold and operated rental properties in three (3) states. Within this time using the services of many realties.In 2012 I purchased a property from Stockdale and Leggo Bacchus Marsh. This couldn't have been made any easier, or more transparent in concluding this often difficult process. I should know, I have experienced this particular process thirty two (32) times since 1984.Subsequently now managing three (3) of my local rental properties, in my extensive experience they are THE best. Beyond their superlative professionalism and superior knowledge in property management, most importantly they place my needs as the owner first. Ultimately isn't that what we are ALL looking for?You cannot ask for or find better ALL round service than Stockdale and Leggo Bacchus Marsh. Similarly the tenants also receive what they pay for, a well maintained and professionally managed place to call home.They are also really nice people, shame their services do not extend beyond the local area.

First time selling a property and it could not have been easier. Mark provided amazing communication from start to finish and had the property sold in under a week. Stockdale and Leggo property managers look after our rental property. I have nothing but great words for the property manager team (especially Jade and Danielle) they are professional, responsive, take care of both the owners and tenants that makes the whole transaction and interaction seamless. They are community minded and supportive.
