Received world class service from Abhi, he was able to organize my new car (HAVAL H6 hybrid) in less than one week!!!He gave me good advice abs was able (without pushing) to change my mindset from Jolion to H6, you were right is a car better suited for my need and use!!! e took the time to discus what I intended to use the car for, pros and cons of both models.. I was amazed drove more than 1200 km with a full tank at full load... I shall also thank Chris he organized my finance in 20 minutes as I had to leave for some work meetings...

We got our haval h6 ultra recently from here. Friendly service. We were contacting Abhi for updates and got proper response. Compared to long waiting periods in the market we got the car in 2 months after booking with promised offers. Happy. And the car is solid with latest safety features.

It was my first time buying a new car so I was super excited but the service I received wasn’t the best. The reception deck is at the back so you walk in not really knowing where to go and seemed annoyed at me asking for a staff member. I was made wait for 30mins while they valued my car. I wasn’t offered tea coffee while I was waiting like I was at the previous 6 car yards I went to that morning which I could have done with. I wasn’t offered a test drive. I was told later it was because I didn’t ask. Bring my first time I don’t know what to ask. I wasn’t shown any features I was just told the boot was bigger than the smaller one and he just opened the driver door and the. he walked away. I was an easy sell I knew what I wanted. Later I was sat at asked about extras and to be honest I had no idea what she was talking about. It wasn’t clear what she was there for I thought it was to tell me the features of the car because the salesman didn’t. She asked me if I was told about cameras and tinting I said no then she rolled her eyes about the other staff member. Proceeded to ask about the cleaning of my current vehicle and then asked “does my husband polish my car” I do but that’s none of her business what I do with my own car. Then I was told she was calling me the next day to let me know what time pick up is but she didn’t. My salesman said she should have called me by now. The day I agreed on with her was completely disregarded so I had to organise it myself because I had no other time to do pick it up. Although my sales person was nice there was no over and above and no attention to detail. I’m in customer service and I found it disappointing. We are after a second new car for my husband for his 50th next month but we won’t come here. If your coming for a new car first time experience you won’t get it here.

Loved my experience at Suttons Chullora. Our sales person was great didn’t pressure us so when the time came to make our decision it was a no brainer to go back to him.The whole experience was faultless. 10 out of 10!
