I am a 55 year old male, with zero flexibility. I started as my wife strongly suggested that I should give it a try. Well, I am so happy that I took her advice. As it has been a month since I started and I have enjoyed every class I have participated in. I stretch, I sweat and I smile. I would really encourage any person to give it a go!! Like me, you wont regret it.

This studio is absolutely stunning. You instantly feel welcome and a part of the family as you walk through the doors. The variety of teachers and classes is amazing and they are suited to all levels of fitness regardless whether its your first class or you are experienced. All of the teachers are absolutely beautiful. I love everything about this studio, definitely recommend to anyone ❤

Such a friendly and welcoming atmosphere. The teachers are very versatile and knowledgeable. Each teacher brings her own unique style  and offer interesting and challenging classes with something for everyone.The studio caters for all abilities, which is great. I love the smell as I come up the stairs - I take a deep breath and I already find myself relaxing. The cups of tea are a lovely touch (especially during the winter months).My one week trial ended up becoming a yearly membership which I keep on renewing.

This is a wonderful yoga studio! The staff here are the best I have encountered at any practice in Melbourne. They are friendly, welcoming and they obviously love their job. The studio itself is spacious and private. It’s a perfect environment for any level of yoga. I’m lucky it’s in my neighbourhood.

‘Live Life Well till I Die’ I’ve been a member here since I was diagnosed with terminal cancer 6 years ago. Intuition brought me to the studio where I met Cara who happily accepted taking me through Physical, Mental and Emotional trauma. Say no more !! The doctors / professor looking after me have said to me many consults me being alive is a miracle - live life well - thankyou. Keep doing what your doing they say!!The studio comes with teachers who all have the same goal for us yogi’s - this is a real Yoga studio - I like to compare nutrition vs diet, LLW being Nutritional to your body not a in phase moment short term studio or a diet like many other studio’s !! LLW has been in Chelsea for the long term - fantastic, the benefits of this type of studio speak for themselves.I believe I’m still alive, there’s no cure for cancer - however mixing Yin, Vinyassa,Pilates and more offered at the LLW studio is for me and 4 u life changing. I’m happy to show and tell the why to anyone who wants to chat. Thankyou Cara and all the teachers, I’m looking forward through our windscreen and not a rear view mirror every class !!And the studio - it’s clean, spacious, welcoming, friendly, and, has all the facilities and props needed for all at every class. Beginners to Barre are all catered as individuals in every class there’s no feeling of being judged - get there see for yourself!! I’ve travelled studios now worldwide and LLW is #1. The teachers are always there to chat before and after each class!!Watch out too, Special Events - they’re awesome bringing together the LLW studio community and friends from afar !!It’s well worth getting yourself a Private class. I have used this opportunity many times with Cara and really gets you quickly back to source.The studio has ‘vibe’ and if you make the time has space !! The location is awesome enabling a walk on the bay seconds away from the doorstep.See you all the studio !!
