I have been attending Parkridge dental for quite some years now, usually doctor Nick France.My life became difficult at one point and I stopped attending for checkups and stopped taking care of myself. To the detriment of my teeth...I have not had to share anything of my hardships to this team, they could clearly see I was nervous and that I was thankful for their care, they never made me feel guilty at all. Instead they have always seen my anxieties, without me even voicing them at all, and done their best to reassure me. Even when I accidentally spat mouthwash all over myself because I was so nervous...I feel safe with this team and their clear care for me, and particularly appreciate Dr France’s reassuring tone when I’m crying very quiet tears and trying to hide them!Cheers guys!
