I live around the corner and even though they were always unfriendly and nails weren’t great, I gave them 3 chances. Every time a fail. Last time with shellac which started coming off one week later.Plus she didn’t clean the dirt under the nails until I made her aware that I would like that done as part of the manicure I’m paying for.No hand massage included either, which is a great treat at other places.The people that work there think that they are too cool for school.

This is the shellac I got done today. Terribly disappointed. I expect the owner of this store to reply to this review and get in touch with me for a refund. I've never had such a careless manicure

Beautiful little nail salon on the second floor of the cannery. The girl doing my nails did an excellent job im very pleased with the end result.However there was some ways in which their service was lacking, my nail artist talked constantly throughout the manicure to the other nail artist and said about one thing to me the entire time usually using hand motions or tapping me on the wrist instead of speaking.I also wasnt thrilled with how agressive she was at removing old product from my nails and dealing with cuticle it was quite a painful experience as far as nails are concerned. I feel like my nails are a lot thinner and weaker after this experience, there were a few times during my manicure where I thought my nails were going to break it was quite bad.The hygiene of the place was good, sealed bags and everything, all surfaces looked very clean and tidy. The manicure took only slightly longer than it was expected to.Parking in and around the Cannery is fairly good for the area, i went at about 3pm on a Tuesday or Wednesday and there was plenty of parking which shocked me a bit.Also i found that the hand massage at the end was sub par at best.

A touch pricey but lovely staff who were very gentle with my sensitive feet. I really like the hot stone leg massage, it was the first time I had experienced that! I love how my nails look, a really good job!

The most soothing manicure I’ve ever had. Very gentle, it was like a massage. I got French tips and it was really precise. I’ll definitely be going back.

Dreadful attempt at acrylics removal.Left my skin covered in gel residue, cut all my natural nail off and roughed up the nail surface, as after an hour of sitting in the chair and rushing around with to many clients to handle, forgot what I was there for. Very disappointed and won't be returning!

Always have a lovely experience here - the pedicure was fantastic. My partner had his first one and will definitely be coming back.

Asked for extra 15 min of massage after my pedi. 10 min into it, the phone rang and the lady answered. She proceeded to chat for 5 mins (it was a private conversation) and when hung up announced that my massage was finished. I pointed out that it was supposed to be 15 min, which she cut short by saying it was all for the amount she quoted. How rude and unprofessional. Would not recommend.
