My insurance company sent me here for repairs,having read a few bad reviews online I was a little skeptical. However.Apart from a few delays with parts during the repair process I am extremely happy with the end result!!My ride to collect my car got a flat battery when he went to leave, the friendly guys here gave him a jump start and sent him on his way aswell.Overall I had a very pleasant experience with both the reception staff and mechanics at Brahims!!

Now these guys know how to fix a car. My husband had a pretty severe accident in 2009 and unfortunately the car was not written off.They spent months taking care of my picky husband and he has been super happy with the work they did. He even said that he thinks it is better than when he picked it up from the showroom floor.I refer everyone to Dean and the Team because their quality of work is well known in the industry. I have friends on the southside of Brisbane that could and would have fixed his car, but he said 'go and see Dean, he's one of the best in Brisbane'.

I was sent here by my insurance company. My car needed bodywork and front end suspension repair. I found the staff to be approachable and they kept me updated on what was being done. The bodywork was done well. Brahims sent the car to a neighbouring mechanic to fix the steering. When I drove the car home, it felt different, so I checked the psi in the tyres. 48 psi for the front right tyre and 32 for the rest. I corrected this, so they were all 32 psi. Then the car started veering to the left, and clunking when I drove up a driveway and over speedbumps. Insurance company wanted me to take it back to the incompetent mechanic. No way. Took it to my own. Turns out they'd forgotten to put the nuts on the bolts when they put the tyre on. Yes. Seriously. My mechanic was shocked. Tyre could have come off at any time. No apology. Nothing. I recommend going elsewhere for your own safety. I can't name the mechanic, as I don't know the name. But Brahims do. They use them for repairs.

Worst experiene ever !!! no respect for customers at all !!! I watched how they treated an old lady with no respect what so ever and insisted she pay the Excess to Brahms and not the insurance company , and she had already paid the insurance company .My experience too say the least was Disgusting and I refuesed to leave my car there for repairs after being spoken to like that . BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE.

That receptionist would have to be one of the rudest old women I’ve dealt with!She says things that could have a double meaning, then when questioned she snaps at you as though you are dumb and you should have known! This has been on 3 phone calls! So it’s not a one off. It is my husbands car that’s being repaired and even HE has had her bite his head off. Not sure why anyone would keep that as the initial point of contact for a company.I’m in a position to refer clients to and I won’t because I don’t want that to be a reflection of me so I refer elsewhere.

Wow wow wow! What a y rude excuse - whoever that ‘lady’ that called me, the only one rude was you. You have my car and my keys left out in CABOOLTURE, and not send a picture, and call me rude when I’m asking why they were left out without my consent or knowledge……. Pick your game up Brahims…… I see nothings changed. Never deal with their receptionist. They might complete OK body work, but getting past those grumpy excuses is too much. Some people shouldn’t leave the house, she is one of them. Getting paid to do $&$& all and hates the world because god forbid, someone asked her to do her job.

Reception staff is RUDE, Unprofessional and FULL of unwanted attitude. Thought the owner Dean is a great guy to deal with. In fact that rating is to help Dean understand that those reception people represent this business and how they talk to customers impact his business.I personally would never want to deal the reception staff Dean Brahim is great with his skills, knowledge and a nice man who know what customer service is all about.

I am very delighted to see my car come back washed, cleaned and sparkling and to top it off absolutely great workmanship by Darryl and Shey who did an awesome professional job on my car. I highly recommend Brahim's bodyworks.
