I had a vision but Marcio, with his wealth of experience,? made some other suggestions and Wow, he was spot on. He came, gave us a quote and was able to get started immediately. Marcio came out to have a look at a building issue that was identified during the purchase of our first house.From our first interaction we knew we were in safe hands. Marcio was very professional and knowledgeable when discussing our options. The quoting process was quick and included everything we wanted done from a new air conditioning system, lighting/fans, patch and paint, as well as a few building alterations inside (basically refresh the place from top to bottom).Through the build we had the pleasure of meeting the various friendly faces and tradespeople that Marcio brought in to get the job done. Everyone was great to deal with, answered our questions and made the process very smooth.In the end we leant on Marcio’s experience and went with a few extra opportunities as we went (open up the ceiling in the dining room, VJ cladding on a few walls etc). These changes made all the difference and we are so glad we went with these insightful suggestions.The finished product is night and day from where we started and we couldn’t have had a better experience along the way.

After numerous months of dealing with a complicated insurance claim (Name of the insurance company withheld) after a leaking shower wasnt covered it lead on to us having to fund the ensuite remodelling. Relaxed, confident, and in safe hands is exactly how my son and I felt after Marcio walked in our door. We love our new bathrooms renovated by 'One Stop Construction Group'. I had a few quotes done by other companies and was told that my renovation area was too small for a bathtub. But Marcio and his team were Extraordinary and took on the challenge to make the impossible happen. They knocked down a wall, closed off a door, and built a new door entrance to create two perfect bathroom spaces, including a bathtub in one of the bathrooms to make our dreams come true. Undoubtedly, Marcio's creative thinking and quality finish with this renovation project added value to my townhome.Would I hire them again? Absolutely. I'll be calling 1Stop Construction in 2023 to have a deck built in our courtyard. Marcio and his team completed a recent renovation of our house. I really appreciated how quick he responded to my initial call, quoted the job and made a start. As the job progressed, Marcio offered great ideas, the little things that made our house easier to live in. We are very happy with the attention to detail and finish. Marcio and his team from One Stop Construction Group were amazing. Marcio was so prompt in quoting, fitting us in within a week, and the quote came very soon after. We never expected to have this done so quickly and once the quote was accepted we were booked in within a few weeks. Marcio oversaw the team and was hands on most of the time. He uses the best plumbers, electricians, tilers etc who’s work was second to none. Marcio was also very helpful in design and suggestions. He works with a number of suppliers who know him well and once you say you’re using One stop Construction Group are so helpful and liaise with Marcio making the process seamless. He also offered free advise for other projects we were undertaking. We were replacing our roof and had trouble with the contractor so he suggested one he knew well, so we used them and again great service and work. His work is outstanding and we now have 3 amazing new bathrooms. He his honest, prompt, helpful, and his work is second to none. I would highly recommend this business.
