Very disappointing service, would give 0 stars if possible. I purchased a titanium wedding band and was unfortunately too close to the date to order my correct size in so purchased a ring 1 size bigger. At the time I was told by the consultant that this could be exchanged for my correct size within a set timeframe after the wedding. Taking it back I was again told the same and that my new ring would ve back in 4-6 weeks. After now 6 weeks I have been told I will be charged for a whole new ring as I had worn this one or they can send my ring back. This could have been avoided if initially advised but either due to lack of knowledge from their staff or selfish desire to make a sale none of this was communicated and no other solution other than to almost pay for a new ring has been proposed. Horrible lack of service and compassion for our situation and I reccomend that you stay clear of this store unless you are buying something stock standard off the shelf and need 0 help or knowledge

The Ladies who work there are very helpful

Regrettably, all Hennings Jewellers have now closed down. A 100 year-old Macarthur business gone forever.

Love this shop, such a pity it is closing it's doors.
