I couldn't be happier with Powerhouse International. I was very niave and unsure how to correctly import my products from abroad. The team answered all my questions promptly and made the experience very smooth. They handled all correspondence from abroad and kept me updated the whole way - they even saved the day for me at the pickup depot when I forgot to bring the correct paperwork for dispatch...brilliant!! Extremely dishonest and poor service. Powerhouse promised to save money on importing fees for a company I am involved with, but instead cost them thousands more for much slower shipping (it costs much less to ship express!). Do not use them. They will lie and cheat you.
