I have been very happy studying here.Firstly the staff is always ready to help you, is friendly and very proactive; also because the space is cozy and I can practice barismo with my teacher Gemma. I have made many friends while learning a language that was difficult for me at first. During the covid crisis, the school has provided us with lunch and food every day and before all this situation, we had a different integration activity every Thursday.The classes are dynamic and the teachers are really good, patient and passionate about what they do. I thought that Explore English was a good place to learn until I had a really bad experience with the manager, Sr. Andrew. I felt he didn't care about my needs, he just was thinking about his needs and he made me feel like a stupid person, when I know I'm an adult and I'm able to know what are my needs and he didn't respect at all that point of view. After to make a complaining letter with another student, we received exactly the same letter, which said that he was going to ask for an apology but he didn't show up. I felt small and not respected enough. I am glad it's my last day at school anyway.

Lovely teacher and wonderful place to study there, I had such a great experience during studying in Explore English. I appreciate their encouragement and effort. They concern about their students and look after them, it was very impressive.

They go by their own rules they aren’t student supportive towards student inquiries. Email communication is ignored and not replied. Especially by the Regional manager/ consultant Pauline who responds to international students. Not a good place for an international student to consider joining.

Teachers at Explore English are highly qualified, culturally sensitive and take an active role in preparing our international students for their future pathways. This funky, premium school is one of the best institutions in Melbourne.

The receptionist Olivia is just unpleasant and unprofessional.Gives wrong information and didn't doesn't have the professionalism of putting a nice face to some of the students.

Lovely environment, very nice teachers, nice students, some are nicer than others, but that's just expected.

I've been studying at Explore English for 5 months. In my opinion it is a good school. I met people from different countries as China, Korea, Malaysia, Thailand, Mongolia, Taiwan, Vietnam, Italy, Spain, Colombia and Chile. That kind of environment is really important for our improvement. When we have contact with diverse range of nationality we can open our mind to understand that the English learnt process is complex for everyone. And it can be easier when we can help someone and when someone can help us. During that time, I've met special teachers as well. Hedi, Emma, Cheryl, Justine and Albie. They all are wonderful teachers. I'm really thankful for had classes with Hedi. She loves to teach and makes learning enjoyable for students. She always encourages us deeper learning. She has knowledge, creation, confidence, empathy and sense of humor. Thank you Hedi for takes our hand, opens our mind and touches our heart.

I recommend explore English because its teachers are highly qualified, the accompaniment to the student is very good. This has very organized facilities, plus my course included training in alcohol substance management and barista course totally free. On the other hand, faced with the emergency of covid-19, the institute has supported us with the provision of lunches and psychological support. It's really good. My learning has been successful.
