Self serve bays adequate at best.. High pressure hose not brilliant- but ok. Very expensive. Not much time given for your money. I use less money to clean my car in Brisbane than i did this place. Everything worked though. Was able to pay by card, which helped. Not sure I’d use this place again. Convenience to Surfers was good.

No fuss car wash.The coin change machine is a plus. The self car wash is amazing and the equipment is fairly new and works as intended. Haven't used the auto-drive through cleaning, so not sure how they are.

Poor! Paid $19 through the auto car wash and bonnet came out without being washed at all. Left a message with their office. Don’t bother wasting your money

Went to use the DIY dog wash. It’s $8 for 12 min. Thought that’s an ok price to wash my very sandy and smelly Golden Retriever as he’d just been to the creek and beach. The door of the wash is a drop down door. They have 2 clips to be able to secure the dog inside the tub with. Started the wash cycle, but NO shampoo just plain water! Started the rinse cycle, but NO conditioner, still just plain water! Blow dryer for a few minutes then it shut off even tho I still had 5 minutes of time left. Asked another person waiting how we get the shampoo or conditioner. Their response was they’ve been told there never is any and to bring their own! So essentially I just paid $8 to hose of my dog with plain water! Something I could have done at home!

I really like this place, it's easy to wash my car and it's affordable

They use fresh water not recycled. I love the planet but f off if I am going to wash my car with sloppy seconds. Taking about you car lovers. This place keeps its equipment in pretty good shape. There is sometimes a cue, but clean water and working equipment make this the best option on the coast for real car lovers. With a brush for my mags and tons of suds. 5 stars all the way.

SCAM! Used the change machine, I put $10 into the machine, it took it then said there was a jam in the change machine. I knocked on the door to get assistance, no answer. I called the number that is advertised on Google for this company, called 5 times no answer, so I left a voice message stating my name, number and what had happened and requested a call back to arrange to get my money back. Been a week and never received a call. Scaming company with dodgy machine and ridiculous prices!

Most expensive carwash with rip off timers. If you go here chuck in a dollar and set a timer it's about 5 - 10 seconds out depending on which wash you use. My partner and I went here used two different bays and one bay was out by 30 seconds when we put in $4. Absolutely disgusting avoid at all costs. No one likes a business who rips off their customers.Pressure wash is weak and takes at least 10-15 seconds to change between modes e.g. from soap to rinse.Hot wax isn't even warm nor does it apply much wax, coating is very watery and poor resulting in almost no effect on your paint work to repel water etc.Currently the worst car wash I've ever used and cost me double what I would normally use.

Used the auto wash service for the first time. $50 got stuck in the machine. Rang the number and the guy came straight out and helped me and then washed my rims for my troubles. The auto wash was the best one I’ve ever used
