Avoid. I was interested in buying a lathe from them. Went there to see it working and test it out throughly. Had arranged to see it under power and be able to test cut, anyhow when I got there, one of the sales staff was very rude to me and refused me to test it throughly. It was an old machine. Guessing there must of been something wrong with it! Avoid the place!

Purchased a starter motor from Bill's Machinery 30th Nov 2020 was told starter would have been tested and working when removed, as they strip machinery. Over the Christmas period they were shut for an extended time from the 24th December to late January. Over the holiday period they had no notice on their phone lines or webpage of closing period. End of January called they said they would call back and did not, next day called again and they said sorry outside of 30 days. I was going to swap it for other good and spend more money on other stuff, now will never do business again.

Excellent service I bought a UMI 1.2 ton excavator of them and have had no problems with it , I have since purchased extra buckets for the machine and they have gone out of their way to help me with my requests and what is suitable for my machine .I will be purchasing more items of them in the future as the staff are very friendly and helpful

Emailed this Company twice, wanted to place a large International order (which they say they can do on their website) worth 100s of Dollars, received no reply. Sales department obviously don't need the business.
