Absolutely pitiful service. Was 300km from home with a car under warranty leaking fluid on Monday. Service department didnt want to know me. Said they could do it Friday. I told them it was likely a loose connection (as advised by my Melbourne dealer) but they wouldnt look at it. Found someone and had it fixed in 25 minutes. Very Unhelpful. Beware if buying a car off them and need urgent attention.

Took my car which was under warranty to Echuca Mitsubishi.My car had a Frey through to the lining on the driver seat. They took a picture of the seat and that same afternoon informed me that this repair was under warranty.Within 5 days including a weekend they contacted me to make an appointment for a replacement drivers side seat. I managed to get an appointment on the Friday of the same week for the repair.The car seat was put in in just under two hours and I was dropped off and picked up after the job was completed.Very professional crew there, great job well done.RegardsMark Daly

Took my ute here for a service, told them it was stumbling a bit they said it was the centre bearing and would cost around $450 to replace, I ended up replacing it myself as I thought the price was too expensive and it was still stumbling so obviously wasn't that. I worked out the stumbling was caused by a clogged diesel filter. The following week the brakes started squealing so I checked them and they were almost down to bare metal, even though the service receipt said they were checked. Went back and showed them the brakes and was told the service manager was away and she would get back to me when she was back, still waiting for that call. Used to be good service centre now not so.

Friendly service. I wasn't impressed with them using windscreen washer without asking first. And the labour is over the top as it is with all dealerships. Satisfactory service overall however.

Could not be happier with the service I received today at Mitsubishi Echuca , Gabby at the service desk organised a technician to have a look straight away resulting in the issue with my Triton being solved . Thanks Gabby and the service team for looking after me an my Ute wich I purchased at Mitsubishi Echuca 7 years ago .

Haven't got the opportunity to buy a new car from Echuca Mitsubishi yet. However, I have nothing but good experience with Hayden and Garet. They have been very accommodating and supportive, even though I haven't been their customer yet.If I have plan to purchase my next mitsubishi, I would definitely reconsider them in my top list of good dealer to deal with.Keep it up Hayden and Garet, thank you.

A big thanks to the staff and especially Claude, a real professional approach with a no nonsense, honest communication style. A drop in resulted in the procurement of my Pajero Sport. Being my 4th Mitsi 4x4, reliability and dependability was never a question. It was down to the deal offered, sensational !!, the delivery was met with a detailed demo of the vehicle's features..., a first !!!!, not to mention I traveled from Melbourne and arrived when the dealership was close, this was not a problem, and to top it off, I got a full tank.
