Mainly friendly staff, very disappointed that they no longer have a deli so have to go to IGA for deli products and prawns. They say that they're keeping prices down but most prices are continuing to go up. Usually there isn't enough registers open and I refuse to use the self serve.

Handy store close enough to the caravan park to keep well stocked for the camping trip. Easy and plentiful parking. Fruit was fresh, very happy with it.

This coles has gone down hill so much, cleanliness, lack of products, some staff need training in customer service/liaison, how to smile, in stead of saying how long they have left before they finish their shift.

Special shoutout to Marg who was very friendly , cheerful & helpful at the checkout !! On another note Danelle could learn a thing or two as she was quite rude & refused to unpack our groceries from the basket on to the conveyor belt which is in her job description ? Not the first time I have experienced bad service at this coles though unfortunately.
