Very good dealing with Laura Heddle. Ordered a Jimny then rethought my vehicle needs and bought a Vitara off the showroom floor - no problem. Not ever having an automatic before Laura was a good and patient teacher to an old bloke.

I am honestly reluctant to do business with car dealers after having had bad experiences in the past, however, in the last year I have bought 2 vehicles from JMC and I have to say the service has simply been outstanding! They offered fair prices for trade ins, provided a courtesy car when needed and their follow up and after sales service has been outstanding. Special mention to Laura Heddle. If you want to buy a new car, don't do it until you speak to her first! Refreshing, enthusiastic and professional. I look forward to buying another vehicle from her soon :)

Brock at JMC Derwent Park provided me with an overall excellent customer experience. I had been stressed over poor communication with the salesperson in Burnie where my car was shipped from. Brock rectified all the issues as a result of this communication without any hesitation. He had my car taken back in and provided a complimentary car for me to drive when I said I wasn’t satisfied with the cars condition after driving it home. He had it detailed and filled with fuel after a small communication error which was not at all Derwent Parks fault. He was insightful and patient with me, being my first experience with a car dealership. I would recommend buying a car with Brock’s expertise and professionalism. The whole experience with DP JMC finance, management and sales were 10/10.

It is rare to have a “Once in a lifetime” experience when buying a new car. But Laura Heddle of Jackson’s at Derwent Park managed to give us just that. As the Sales team member looking after us, she detected that we really needed not just one new Jimny but two. So we can truthfully say that we went in to buy one, and came away with two. Very ably backed up by JMC, they have helped us immensely in every possible way. They made the whole process so easy that it was a pleasure from start to finish. Thanks JMC and Laura.

Our recent purchase of a Suzuki from JMC has been very satisfactory, apart from longish wait which had nothing to do with the dealership. This is our second Suzy from JMC and both times we have found them courteous and efficient. The representative with whom we worked to acquire an Ignis, Laura has been fantastic. She has sorted out some issues with our other vehicle and has been great to deal with on the new car.Happy to recommend both JMC and Suzuki. The latest car is our fourth Suzy out of 23 cars we have purchased in last 50 odd years.

I recently went to JMC to view a used vehicle and was met by Laura Heddle who is a sales representatives at the company. My overall experience from arrival, to test drives and purchase was exceptional. Laura is an asset to the company and conducted herself with total integrity and honesty. I was blown away with her knowledge and attention to detail when demonstrating the vehicle to me. I will certainly go back to JMC for my next car - but, sadly, Laura is leaving for pastures new.
