Really friendly customer service.

Having our business flooded in Lismore, northern NSW, a couple of months ago, we found ourselves being told by a semi local opportunistic operator - that we needed new extinguishers and fire blankets because they had been under water.I was also told not to throw out the old extinguishers because they'd still work... it sounded like a stitch up! I contacted my brother in law who had industry experience and he confirmed my suspicions, and through Kline Fire also confirmed the pricing being quoted for the replacement equipment, was exorbitant.Kline Fire, unknown to us here in Lismore, kindly sent us a replacement fire blanket at no charge! Anyone who has been through a flood would know the costs to business are enormous, so thank you top Kline Fire for this gesture - it is very much appreciated.
