Peninsula pet cremations were very quick to respond and to have my baby boy Tyrion delivered. Tyrion was delivered perfectly along with a condolence card and a lovely paw print of his. A little jar of his hair was also given which was just lovely. I thank Peninsula pet cremations for their quick response and being thoughtful.

Great experience using Peninsula Pet Cremations. My dog was picked up within just a few hours on notifying them and was back with us in 4 days. Stupid me though sent the wrong information for the receptacle and subsequently didn’t get the one I intended. Speaking with Teagan, she was more than understanding and we arranged that I could come down to their premises to have it changed over. Taking it a step further, she came to my home when she was in my local area and changed it over without charge. Really appreciated the exceptional customer service and would gladly recommend them to anyone considering pet cremation, and will definitely use their services again sometime in the (hopefully not too soon) future.

So kind and compassionate during such a difficult time after losing our first pet. The team at Peninsula Pet Cremations clearly go above and beyond and take pride in the service they provide - we were further touched to find a lock of hair and inked paw prints to go with our beautifully presented wooden urn. In regards to my princess cat Smudge, this is by far the best you can get for your pet.As an example of comparison, we lost a dog unexpectedly in September. For some reason I had forgotten about you in all the shock at the time so we went through the vet's connection. It took about 2 months for Missy to come home, you took a week for Smudge to come home. We had to pay extra for Missy's paw print too where you provided Smudge's. You also wrote a card and added a snipping of her fur. It's the little things that make the difference.What I'm saying is that the service and memorabilia you provide is superb.Thanks for being so caring.

Fantastic service.We had to put our dog down on a Friday night, Peninsula Pet Cremations picked up our late pet that night after hours with compassion and respect. Very friendly.Returned within a few days. Couldn't recommend more.

We cannot thank Teagan and the team anymore for the way they handled the passing of our beloved dog. Excellent and immediate communication, prompt service and handled so well knowing our fragile emotions. Cannot recommend any higher.

My dog passed unexpectedly. I’ve never done this before and I called Peninsula Pet Cremations who talked me through my options. They collected my baby from my home, which gave me time to cuddle and prepare and grieve. I was able to find the perfect keepsake for her ashes. It was all handled with love and respect. Today, I collected her from the premises. She was presented in a bag with her details and inside there were 3 packages. When I got home and unwrapped them - I cried. They had gone above and beyond. I found her collar in a pretty purple bag, along with her paw prints and a small bottle of fur clippings. I did not expect this and my heart was filled with joy. Her remaining ashes where presented in a velvet bag with her name engraved on a plaque. So beautiful and again so unexpected. Thank you. Thank you. For all the love and effort put into caring for my beautiful Tilly.

My family and I were all so grateful to this outstanding business. They could not have made this painful and heartbreaking process easier. Archie, our boxer dog, was treated with such tenderness. Matt was simply amazing. He gave us all the time in the world to say goodbye even though it was after 7pm. Teagan was sensitive, patient and efficient. Archie was returned to us today, one week after we had to say goodbye, along with some fur and pawprints which was unexpected and appreciated. We all said after Matt left that he could not have been more kind, helpful or sincere. Thank you so much to Teagan and Matt.

I sadly had to put my elderly dog to sleep. I contacted Peninsula Pet Cremations in the morning the following day on Monday & spoke with a gentleman by the name of Matt who gave me a quote & a rundown of how the process would work.After having spoken to Matt & also reading other reviews, I ended up calling back that afternoon to organize for them to collect my beloved dog and spoke with a lovely lady by the name of Teagan who was amazing. She made the entire process easier and was very compassionate. She picked up my dog within 2 hours and by Wednesday I had her home.Her urn that I picked out is stunning and the pendant as well is so beautiful. I cried a bit when I saw the little vial of fur and the paw prints they had done for me as well, it was such a touching thing for them to do.I can't thank Teagan, Matt and the entire team enough. Thank you so much for helping with taking care of my beloved Pippy. I'll be forever grateful to you all.

We recently sadly had to say goodbye to our beautiful furbaby Coco. At such a sad time it is the additional care taken by those involved that really help. Teaghan at Peninsula Pet Cremations was wonderful and we loved the special touches when he was returned to us - his paw prints, some of his soft hair, his remains in the containers we had selected all caringly wrapped with printed labels with his name - all with a lovely card to us.
