The friendliest and most supportive gym on the coast! Kat and Mike are incredible Pilates instructors who helped me get my body back into shape… and now I just love coming for the sense of community!

I love TLGW Pilates. Reformer is amazing. The classes are small, the trainers are fantastic and everyone is so welcoming and inclusive. Can’t recommend them enough!

I was a little bit scared to try silks for the first time, but I'm so glad I finally gave it a go. It's lots of fun, you can feel your body working and stretching, and being in cocoon is just the best thing!!Karina is an amazing instructor, very supportive and encouraging. I would definitely recommend giving it a try at tlgw Pilates.
