Not impressed with customer service. Waited 15min outside hoping someone would come and give assistance on a car i was looking into buying. But no one came out to help. Probably didn't have the right look to fit into their criteria.

While the staff are polite, the workshop lets them down. 1st service they over adjusted the rear brake. This caused the brake to bind and it locked up while I was in front of a semi trailer at 100kph. While they admitted their error, I still had to travel 250klms for them to replace the disc and pads which were fried. Not even an apology. 2nd experience they replaced a part under warranty. However they failed to put the bike back together properly. First ride the air intake jammed the fork leg and thus the steering. Again I nearly crashed. If this had happened to an inexperienced rider, I doubt they'd still be alive. One dangerous mistake is bad, two is unforgivable.

Matthew and his team at Blacklocks Prestige BMW servicing did a great job of identifying and fixing some sensor issues in a second hand BMW that I bought in Sydney as well as replacing the coils. They put in many hours work to rectify the issues and I couldn't be happier with the result. I also purchased a 5 series at Blacklocks over a year ago and Jack and the sales team were very good to deal with and I'm very happy with the car. The whole team there are always polite, professional and I highly recommend Blacklocks Prestige.

I have to thank Mat and Blacklocks so much for being so helpful and responsive when I had a gearbox issue with my M3 while driving around the Alpine ranges. He took the car in straight away and gave the gearbox a thorough inspection and test drive. It gave me peace of mind to continue the drive and saved my holiday.
