Exceptional service especially from Mo! Very comforting sterile atmosphere. The service I received was straight forward, time efficient, and I felt very taken care of. Very happy that I chose to go to the Waxing queen. Looking forward for the next appointments!

First time went to them and did an amazing job. But I should say a bit pricey. Normally I pay up to $10 when I get it done inside a shopping Centre but they charged $15.The owner was an amazing lady.

I chose waxing queen after reading the glowing reviews of welcoming staff, who had great attention to detail and a clean and hygienic salon, but that wasn’t my experience.When I walked in to the treatment room my immediate reaction was to leave, but I decided to ignore the look and feel of the room, as it doesn’t necessarily equate to hygiene.When I was handed a box of Winnie the Poo baby wipes, I should have known this wasn’t the place for me.I could go on but to cut a long story short, you get what you pay for. So if you’re not too bothered by a grubby room and some patches of hair being left behind, then save yourself a few bucks and come here.
