Great furniture store. Staff are friendly and willing to help customers. Prices are usually better than market when you’re visiting an Amart.They’ve plenty of parking available right in front of the store, and you can park once and do your shopping in Bunnings and Amart. On the back side there’s a Harvey Norman too.

Worst furniture buying experience I have had. Do yourself a favour and stay away. I bought a dining table and chairs that were supposed to be delivered within 3 days. They only made half the delivery and it took another 3 visits to the store, multiple phone calls and emails before I got my full delivery 3 weeks later.Even then, the screw nails for one of the chairs was missing which required another trip to the store.Poor customer service, poor delivery and not to mention a simple furniture assembly being made complicated

We went there for my husband's birthday ,Food was okay however service has a long way to go .When I asked for the cake I kept in fridge it was served as I gave them .No candle(I supplied) not putting on a plate .Very underwhelming.Thwy were not busy ,they just didn't care.Wont go back.Terrible way to serve customers.

Got the perfect print as the finishing touch for my decor. Only problem was they had displayed it as a landscape print, which was what l wanted. However, it was actually a portrait print. This was inconvenient as l thought l was buying a ready to hang. I had to detach the screws and relocate them. The wire, of course wasn't long enough and couldn't be used. When l rang and followed the promts, after quite a wait the woman that answered was out of her depth and couldn't help. She eventually put me through to the store where they understood the situation and apologised.

we came in last week on a quiet day, nobody approached us to see if we needed help, we walked around looking at couches for around 20 minutes and ended up leaving as nobody came to see if we needed a hand with picking what we were after. pretty disappointed

It was alright. Didn’t have what I wanted.The store is clean and well set up. Seemed to have staff around. Mainly bedroom and lounge furniture. I was hoping to buy a wardrobe, not a tall boy and they didn’t seem to sell them.Loads of parking outside and the Kransky guy which is a win.

We purchased an orthokinetic" arlo support from here which initially looked suitable to my requirements but didn't realise this mattress keeps sagging where you sleep and needs rotating every month!Pure waste of 1200$!"

So far 2 of 4 products not rubbish. 1 up for debate. Lilou couches horrific, DO NOT BUY. Saskia chair changed colour after seeing sun for 3 hours also. customer service needs a bit of a shake up here too

Today I went for refund that I cancelled some product I paid for. The guy name S**** is very rude and don't know anything about customer service. He told me why I bought stuffs if I am not 100% sure about. And he told me its long process and need go back aand forth. I am sure Amart paid you for that.
