Chris & Laurence were incredibly competent, helpful, & professional in solving my pool fence issue involving retro-modifying it for council compliance. They were friendly & creative, and very keen to get me the best result from a design point of view. Martin then did a top job installing the final design which also involved a bespoke curved section which they made. His attention to detail was terrific. I have absolutely in hesitation is recommended this company to anyone wanting a timely, high quality job done by friendly professional people. 10 out of 10 from me.

We used Poolsafe fencing initially for the glass fencing around our pool, then later on for our side gates, privacy screen and front fence. Chris was our main contact and he gave us valuable advice and explanation on the requirements. He was meticulous, professional and made it really easy for us to have our pool certified with no issues on the fencing. For the side gates and front fence, he customised a Hampton’s style aluminum picket fencing to match our house- which turned out beautiful and also a privacy screen to match our balcony- meeting the requirements for our final occupancy certificate.

We initially requested a quote for our swimming pool fence. They inspected the backyard and sent us a detailed quote with accurate measurements. We contacted them again to adjust the quote and again they came to the site to discuss the options and check the measurements. Paul who did all the inspections, is responsive, friendly and his advices were helpful. They designed, supplied and installed the fence in a timely manner. The fence look great and there was no single damage to the floor tiles. The price was competitive and reasonable. No rubbish was left. Clean and neat installation.

We needed complete replacement of a pool fence on a difficult site with various height changes along the fence line. The team were very helpful in looking for a custom made solution and discussing options. Installation was completed very professionally and in the indicated time frame. We obtained 3 quote to get our non-compliant pool fence to compliancy. Poolsafe was not the cheapest quote, however the other mobs wanted me to do a lot of digging and clearing work prior to them coming in for the install so we went with Poolsafe Fencing. Chris came out and I explained what the certifier had told us needed to happen. Chris knew the fencing laws WRT children and the No Climb Zone. He knew what was required which was a relief because I could only explain it the best I could from the certifiers explanation, I had only a basic grip on the legislated requirements Pool Safe Fencing understood what was needed so I felt very comfortable that the job would be done right the first time and as certifiers are a good $300 per visit, I'd like to pay the fee only once if possible. Poolsafe sent Martin to do our fence, I must say, what a lovely person he is. Very down to Earth, explained everything he intended to do and how long it was going to take to finish it. If he was concerned about anything he asked me first before making decisions, I trusted him anyways but this is very appreciated. He was on site first thing in the morning and he did not stop work until it was getting low on light - Now that's service for you! I kept Martin well hyrdrated which he was very appreciative of, we had a few good conversations and a couple of laughs about this and that. My little boy thought he was a really nice man (I like him Papa!) as he put it to me. Thank you Pool Safe Fencing!
