Ed and his team were awesome and I highly recommend their service. He could have charged more but - thanks to his integrity- they fit the items into the appropriate sized box and met the amount in the online quote. I’d definitely use them again!

Great service from Jake! Really helpful service and quick turnaround. I was shipping a wedding dress so very important, delicate and Jake was so reassuring and made sure I was kept up to date with how my parcel was travelling. Would highly recommend and would use again!Thanks Jake!

Very happy with the packing job done and fast turn around. I had purchased a guitar and needed it shipped (East Coast Australia). Opted for the express option and insurance which did add some cost but in my circumstance I considered it worthwhile. Happy with the result. Thank you.

Useless. Do NOT get your packages directed here for click n collect. Arrived 44 minutes before closing time. Nobody there. Phone not answered. Tried again next day in the morning, still closed when the sign says it would be open. Phone not answered. One star because I can't give zero...

Jake and his team were extremely helpful, gave us a competitive price, and even helped repack and seal our boxes to secure them. Shipped 3 large boxes of personal items overseas via air freight and it arrived within 2 days. Smooth process altogether, great job guys

Ed and his staff were absolutely stunning when it came to customer service and delivered results. I was facing an extremely limited schedule and they truly went the extra mile to stretch my dollar, as well as managing my packages with great professionalism. So great for reducing the unavoidable stresses of a big move!My belongings were sent overseas with incredible efficiency and zero damage.Unbelievably awesome experience and couldn’t possibly want anything more.
