Mr Seth was appointed the ICL for my family law case. He got my ex husband and myself into his office to reach agreement and try to settle quickly. It took about 5 hours over 2 meetings. In the first meeting the communication between my ex husband and myself was strained and difficult. We didn’t think we can reach agreement. The second meeting was one day before the second mention in court and agreements were reached. The matter was heard and final orders were made, the case is over. Both me and my ex husband learned to compromise through our dealings with Mr Seth. My ex husband and I agreed that we should be friends and show our children that even though we can not be together we will be civil. I strongly urge all separated parents to do the same in the best interest of the children. Mothers encourage your children to do something special for your children’s father on Father’s Day, fathers do the same.
