Honestly I cannot adequately describe the food here, it just won't do it justice so you have to try it!!!! An amazing experience and journey through food and a treat for all the senses. Looking forward to trying the next seasonal menu as we will definitely be back again.

Nothing but praise for the chef and service here. Even when you know what you've ordered each course is a surprise for the taste buds! So lucky to have a place like this in Albury and not just in the cities so do yourself a favour and go here.

Heralded as a “theatrical experience” by head chef Chris, is an understatement. Perhaps downplayed in such a way as to completely astound the unsuspecting diner by the sheer magic, drama and perfect flavour pairings they are about to experience.The skills and technique on display easily equal and rival those of the culinary masters.Fine dining has well and truly arrived on the Border and as far as value and expectations are concerned, you will not be disappointed. You will however be taken on a gastronomical journey where your senses will be amazed , your imagination taking flight and you left satisfyingly stunned, wanting to come back for more.There is a new kid on the block and it is raising the standard.

Wow. What an evening!!! Tasting is believing!We had such a good evening at Glenbosch on Dean! The food was something else and an experience that we had not witnessed before.A theatrical display of food and each course left you wanting to eat more because it tasted so good.All 9 courses were incredible and the Electric Bubble was an additional taste explosion. I’m certain the taste was enhanced by the previous course. It was simply sensational.Issac and the team looked after us both, as they did all guests, and the chef brought out the final course and introduced himself which I thought was an excellent touch.Dining is next level. Thank you guys

Booking was easy, and the dietary restriction (no coriander) was accommodated. Staff were well put together and the facilities were clean and open.Pricing is very good - I'd honestly consider it very forgiving - and given the spectacle I would say you're getting far more than what you'd get in Melbourne.Food itself is executed with high levels of skill, and I look forward to the seasonal changes.Definitely a must try for those who enjoy the fine dining scene.

Absolutely amazing experience. So nice to see a new restaurant that pushes the boundaries with its menu. If you are looking for a restaurant that offers a new and exciting menu that keeps you guessing what it was you just ate this is the place. Beautiful wine, food and staff. Nika you have done it again well done! PS the lamb neck was my favourite ❤️
