My favourite place to come to get treatment to relax and relieve stress and tension- a mini holiday for the muscles and spine.Being treated by several practitioners, they have all been professional, knowledgeable and I have left feeling relief from my ailments. Couldn’t recommend vitality therapies enough.

Vitality was for over 3 years my safe place, where I knew, I would go to feel better and have relief from my migraines.I would like to say that Lilly is absolutely incredible, and the best on what she does! And honestly the only reason I’ve been trying so hard to keep going to Vitality.The problem is.. the way they operate. If you cancel your appointments, even way in advance, they add your name to a type of “black book”, and you never manage to get an appointment again unless someone cancels.I’ve recommended Vitality to so many people, and I was such a loyal customer. Very disappointing.
