Easy to deal with, VERY friendly staff. Nothing was a bother. I needed a quote to replace broken front bumper on Audi, anything Audi is expensive. I got a very fast quote and some advice on options, they even re-fitted my license plate there and then, no charge.

While I have had quite a few cars repaired by one of the lovely Panel beaters working here, who always did a fabulous job. I live in country hit quite a few roos in various cars the panel beater did an absolute fabulous job. I trust the workers here as they are fabulous.However this review is not entirely about the fabulous workers here but it also is..I want to give an absolute shout out to Bill and all the workers at Berwick Motor Body repairs.We live country my daughter is in year 10, doing work experience this year.Bill was approached by my Daughter to do this work exp here for school.I can say without hesitation what so ever Bill said yes.Bill is fabulous employer and a pro female employer encourages women to join this what has been in years gone by a male dominated industy.Bill encourages women to join this trade. He in the entire communication with my young daughter had treated her so kindly and with absolute respect kindness and support.Bill and everyone there.I truly want to say a huge thank you from one extremely grateful mother that you opened your doors encouraged my usually shy daughter to take bigger steps to be able to come into your work place with confidence.This business truly the schools need to approach they are fabulous kind and safe place not just for men but an equal employer for girls.Bill thank you so much from the bottom of my heart... you all should truly win the business of the year award...and especially the best business for encouraging our younger generations to come into the job.Thank you again you all are truly lovelyFromChelseys Mum

Such a wonderful place. Friendly and very professional, from reception to the workshop. Bill really looked after me with some fairly major repairs on my Xr6 to stop it being written off. And the loan car was exceptional. Thanks to all, especially Bill and Mick for looking after my car.Cheers!

They informed me that the car is ready to pickup and they wanted to pickup straight away. But next day I organised a time to pickup in the evening. On the pickup day morning, I got a call from them and enquired about an early pick up time. How ever the car was not ready to pickup and there were some unfinished detailing bits and pieces made me to leave the car with them..and also it was an Insurance job and they have not done a clean job as per my mechanicthey just used the old parts instead of the new parts to save money or whatever… most of the clips and brackets not being replaced.I have requested a document from them to keep as a record and to know what has been using or to know how they carried out the repair. They said they will email me straight away and I have not yet received any piece of information from them at all.Can not recommend and not happy about the service.

Wow I couldn’t be happier with their service.Mike and the rest staff are so professional caring, fantastic friendly and boy. What a fantastic job they did on my car I’m overjoyed I wouldn’t go to anybody else so please everyone out there. Don’t look any further go to them . I needed what at first seemed to be very simple panel work to pass a supplementary Roadworthy inspection. Surprisingly though, the quote given to repair was higher than the value of the car itself and therefore more than what I was willing to invest to get it up to code. However, Mick at BMBR gave me his honest opinion being that the panel work should not be required and that the car should have passed the initial RW inspection in the first instance!Mick went out of his way to not only prepare a letter for me to provide to my mechanic, detailing that the panel work wouldn't be necessary, but that it would also be free of charge!Thank you Berwick Motor Body Repairs for getting me out of a sticky situation. 100% definite recommend!
