August 2022, fair customer service, I went in for products and advice not to make new friends, I got products and advice served in a friendly manner, Support Local or corporate, your choice. ill go back in a heartbeat.

Ordered 20 bags of cement to get delivered and came home to find all the bags had been thrown off the truck. 3 were fully burst all over my pavers and several more had splits. Quite unimpressed!

Do yourself a favour and go to Tunks Landscaping.I've bought about 20 cube metres of Marrangaroo and around 15 cube metres of wood chips from Thomas Landscaping since in built in ‘19.I ordered another cube of (supposed to be white) Marangaroo to fill in some thin areas and got what looked like aggregate!I was told it was from a different seam.If that was the case, the delivery driver should have been alerted by the fact that I have so much white rock spread out over the block/ driveway.He must have seen that the rock in the back of the truck was a different colour than the original Marrangaroo on the ground and had mentioned something.He should have double-checked with me to make sure I was certain I wanted that multicoloured rock in the middle of the original white Marrangaroo.I obviously didn't notice the different colour until the rain washed the dust from the rock, which I had already spread across the old Marangaroo.Whether it was from a different vein of rock, as they said, or not, the driver said nothing and simply dropped the load and left with minimal conversation had.Pic is of a small sample of area.They don’t call back or have any loyalty to return customers.

Poor grade fire wood. Lousy service. When I politely made a complaint I was politely ignored! They don't seem to even care . Go to Tunks. 0-5

Ordered 8 tonnes of road base but only 6 tonnes was delivered. I was not notified of the shortfall but luckily my landscaper had told me.I went to the office to get a refund of 25% only to be told that the person who does refunds was not there and that they would be notified straight away to issue my refund.Four days later and still no refund. I had to go back to their office only to be told (once again) that the person who does the refunds is not there.I went to Tunks Landscaping (Katoomba) to fulfill the rest of my order.Absolutely pathetic customer service.

They cared when they got it wrong and made it right at the first opportunity. I appreciated the way they handled my call to tell them of a small error in delivery and they wanted to make it right. Can't ask for more than that.

After my rating you sorted everything out willingly and you did the decent thing by way of my issue so I'm fine now. You all are really friendly and strive to do the right thing so all good now. Thanks
