The speed with which Kadin has built up a repertoire ranging from classics to blues is testament to the Simply Music method and Joanne's extensive experience as a piano teacher. I highly recommend both if you are looking for piano lessons resulting in new skill acquisition every week.

We have been with Jo for the last 5 years. Jo has taught all 3 of our children and continues to offer a very positive and supportive learning environment. Helping a child develop a life long love of music is one of Jo’s many talents. Our kids love learning the Christmas carols and the Jazz pieces.

Jo is an amazing and very talented piano teacher with a lot of passion for music. Jo is patient, focused and firm with my girls. For many years now we have been going to East Coast Music and the girls have learnt so much with Jo on the simply music program. They can read and play all sorts of piano music from classical, jazz, blues, folk and many more. The girls love you, we think you are fantastic Jo and recommend you to everyone. We have a long journey to go and can’t praise you enough.

My husband david has been a student of joannes for 4 years and she has given him a new purpose in life, he is one of her senior students and comments every week on how patient , dedicated and caring joanne is. Joanne has been teaching my daughter piano for nearly a year now and have been a huge positive role model in her life. She has come such a long way in that time and plays beautifully. Joanne always makes learning fun and makes my daughter feel like she can accomplish anything. I would recommend her to anyone who is keen to learn the piano - no matter what your age.

I enrolled in the Simply Music programme to “simply play” for myself. From the first lesson Joanne was caring and compassionate. She has brought back the joy of music, given me the confidence to learn again (in my mature years) and her patience and clear instruction each lesson is “simply the best”.
